recently, i was mopping the floor, swishing from side to side, and all the sudden felt like my stomach on the inside of me, had turned over , or fallen, cant explain it perfectly. i grabbed my stomach in urgency, to hold it in. could u give me some examples of what u think it might be?

I suspect based on the mechanism that you developed an abdominal wall cramp or spasm.

Rest, Tylenol or Advil/Motrin and a heating pad may help.

If the pain persists - you would need to be seen by a physician.
