i have put a claim on my house insurance policy for accidental damage i spiled paint on the carpet,suite,and television the claims advisor came out i thaught everything was ok but it seems not as he reffered the claim to a senior claims investigator who came out to see me took photographs and a statement of how the incident happened and at the end of the interveiw he said i will give you three days to withdraw the claim or if you don,t ring we will proceed with the claim and send photo,s off to forensics for investigation so i said send photo,s off i have nothing to hide i am wanting to know if this is normal procedure thankyou
