i am buying a car from a friend, and have been behind a few payments, but she has signed the title of the car over to me, and the title is now in my name, well her daughter has decided to draw a cival suit against me can she take my car, even though the title of the car is in my name

Hi,
Assuming your friend assigned her claim against you to her daughter and the daughter wins the suit and gets a judgment, the judgment could be enforced against any assets including but not limited to your car, bank accounts, etc.
