Answer

Hi Cwatkins,

Bluenose and rednose is just the color of the dogs nose. It is believed that the rednose pitbulls came from irish breeding stock. You can read about this here:
http://www.pitbulllovers.com/pitbull-articles/pitbulls-red-nose-blue-pit-bulls.html
http://www.pitbullsoforegon.com/rednosed.html

Here is some articles on coat color genetics and pitbulls. These can get complicated.
http://www.apbt.info/tiki-index.php?page=Genetics+of+Color&PHPSESSID=a65b584e50ea962af61de6a1bbdacdc2

So as you can see there are so many different factors on color variations that it would be difficult to say what variations the puppies would be. However, it does seem that red nose is recessive so you would need both parents to carry the gene to get red nose pups.

I hope this information is helpful to you.
