Clorox Neutralizer

What will neutralize clorox that has soaked into the concrete on my garage floor?

Etched with muratic acid in preparation for painting floor. After it dryed overnight, the area where clorox was poured turned white with a crusty powdery substance. What can I use to neutralize the clorox that soaked into the pourous concrete?

Reply to Sally's Post: The Rempel Bros. site covered everything but clorox, so I'm right back where I started. Thanks for your help.
