hi i found a maltese dog looked to be will taking care of not sure how old she is. she look to be 7mos to a year. what can i did to find out if she had all her shots. Can i get a blood test,and can this be experince.I also notice that she nose is running what should i do. she was outside today alot around some dust could this be the cause because she started to snezz

You could run what is called titer tests to determine what diseases she had antibodies present in the blood for, but these tests tend to be expensive and cost more than the vaccinations. She will probably need two puppy shots and a rabies vaccination. Allergies can cause some nasal congestion or she may have an upper respiratory illness. Right now it seems to be minor but if the discharge should be come colored, you will want to have her seen so an antibiotic can be given.
