How do I describe an organism that performs anaerobic respiration and how will anaerobic respiratory process different biochemical from the process of Aeorbic respiration?

Perhaps the best way to categorise anaerobes is by the chemical
that provids the oxidative function for them, as oxygen does in
aerobes. For instance, sulphur-bacteria use sulphur.

This is also the answer to the second part of your question. The
processe differ in terms of what the identity of the ultimate
oxidiser is in the biochemical system that enables them to
harness energy.
