if you are aproved for a one hundard percent loan to buy a house and you sold your home to find that the one hundard percent loan did not cover a modgeuler home. what can i do? the realtor did not tell me the loan would not cover this typ of home now i have no money to pay down and nowhere to go.

I unfortunately do not think that the failure to mention the restriction against a modular home is actionable unless you had predetermined the exact modular home that you wanted to buy and the agent and lender were both aware of that specific home. If it was simply assumed you would purchase a "stick home", then I just don't think there's any claim here. Sorry.
