How can I identify the clan, name,or district of an old circa 1870 tartan?
My great grandfather brought a large fine woven tartan to the states in circa 1870 and I can't find out what tartan it is.

They have an extensive index, and if you are unable to locate the tartan, you could contact them with a photo or sample so that they could identify it for you
