Question

I am taking amoxicillin due to strep throut. I have an event to go to this evening and its day two I'm on the meds.

Can I have a glass or two of red wine or is the combination a no-no?

Of course, it's never recommended to drink while taking medications, but there's no interaction between alcohol and amoxicillin. Having some wine should not cause you any problems as a result of taking this medication.
