I expect you realize that famous people will change their email or cell phone numbers as soon as they find out that their private information has been shared with anyone they don't know, don't you. That's just the way it is in the fame game. Sorry.

However ... there are ways to contact stars for real ...

I have all the contact details for Miley's agents who are the best people to use if you want to really contact someone famous. I also have her father's agency contact details too. (Her dad's Billy Ray Cyrus of course). Plus I have her contact details via her record company and an email address for a senior manager in Disney's Kid's section who would be able to pass on an email as well.
