Is there either a man-made or land bridge which currently connects Alaska and Russia? and can a car drive across between the countries?

Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy),

At this time there is nothing to connect Alaska to Russia. There are people that would like to see this done, however. Here are some sites that talk about it.

In 1899, a proposal was made to make a railroad connection from Alaska to Russia.
