Hello and welcome to Just Answer
The problem with giving an appraisal for a firearm is the many different factors that are taken into consideration when an appraisal is made, that being said, the most important thing to remember when dealing with Items of potentially great value is that more then one appraisal should always be sought.
I know a lot about antique guns and can tell you that there is a HUGE market for them and the prices especially in the last 15 years have been increasing at a very rapid rate.
I have compiled a list of appraisers that I have used in the past to appraise for me.
http://antiqueguns.biz/ These guy's are very respected in the Firearm community and have provided me with several appraisals that were right on according to my research.
You will want to talk to John Richards, he's a very smart man and as honest as they come. Their phone number is 502-255-7222. They are in Kentucky, but with photographs and emails they can give you an approximate appraisal for you gun.
Next are the guy's at David condon inc.
http://www.davidcondon.com/ David and his guy's are very good at what they do. They could mean the difference of literally hundreds or thousands of dollars. They are the firearms appraisers for the Smithsonian institute. They do require that you ship them your firearm for their evaluation. I have done it and it is worth the money. I used a local appraiser before sending my rifle to them and the difference in price was $1700.00 in my favor. Here is the phone number for them: the person you want to ask for is : James Geoergen
His email address and number are:

The problem with antique guns being so popular in the collectors market has brought out many unscrupulous "appraisers that want nothing more to weasel you out of your money or firearms. It is always best in a case like this to seek a professional service that is dedicated solely to the and appraisal of firearm.
Happy hunting and good luck. I did some research and I found some of the same years of Parker Brothers Shotguns guns you have there. Looks like a fine piece of machinery.
