How long will it take for my 4 yr old and 2 year old ficus trees to recover from the exceptionally cold winter in Phoenix.? They have been deep root fertilized. All the leaves are gone. Some branches are still flexible.   Large tree is showing tiny bits of green from the main truck.

I am sorry that I didn't make myself clearer when inquiring about my ficus trees. The website link you provided offers many Q and A's, but they all pertain to indoor potted type ficus plants. My trees are of the ficus nitida variety, also called Indian laurel and fig type. They are outdoor trees. My four year old tree is about 14 feet tall and the two year old tree about 10 feet tall. We had a brief freeze here in Phoenix this winter and it seems every ficus in town was hit. If they are survivors, I guess I'm wondering what to expect in terms of the time of recovery. They were beautiful (and expensive) trees.
