the administrator is XXXXXXX XXXXX financial services. XXX-XXX-XXXX peter g. kloppers, cfp

I have contacted them and completed the forms back on january 5,2007. They are blaming my fomer employer for the delay.

I need to know what the time deadlines for getting my money are and what recourse do I have to get this ball moving.

Answer

In that case, I would suggest you to contact the employer and tell them about this and that you would contact Department of labor for help if the employer would not co-operate. I am sure you will get a response back from the Employer.
