After extensive research on the question it turns out that Rave-Symone does not have a baby, nor is she pregnant currently. This was just a rumor because she seems to have put on a few extra pounds. There is not evidence to any truth behind this rumor at all. Therefore, she has not already had the baby and nor is she currently pregnant. There are a ton of blog sites with conflicting information on this subject though, but none of the factual and entertainment sites provide any truth to these rumors.
