Accepted Answer

By taking the 150XL twice a day yoiu will have more of a sustained level of the drug in your system. There will be less of a peak and trough in the blood level of the drug. The dosage is the same for a 24 hour period. The reason the drug is in the XL form is to allow for slower release of the med into your system and thus only needing to take it one a day. Under any circumstances, you should not experience any change by taking the 150XL, but you lose the convenience of only taking one pill a day. You will now have to take 150mg every 12 hours to achieve the same effect.
