In my arms I have 5 white spots in each of my arm,my skin color is light brown,I'm really consern about if you could give me an idea of what it is I would be really thankful.

Answer

The first thing that comes to mind is an autoimmune disease called "Vitiligo." This is basically a loss of pigmentation in some areas of the skin. If it affects the scal, the hair can also be white in that area. You should see a dermatologist to see if this is the problem. Sometimes the retina of the eyes can be affected as well as the mucus lining of the mouth, nose, etc. Click the link above for more specific information.
