No not really.
The platforms run different processors and different Operating Systems.. the application would need to be "ported" to the Axim, and that would require re-writing the application.
If you have access to the source code, then you might be able to hire someone to do that for you, or if you are able to contact the company who wrote the original software they may be working on a version for the PDA, or already have one.
