Ephedra? good or bad?

I was reading on a website for a diet pill called EphedrineP57, now it stated that "On April 14, a federal Judge in Utah reversed the short-lived ban on Ma Huang, the herb that Ephedrine is derived from. According to April's ruling in Utah, there was never any basis for banning doses of 10 milligrams or less. Each serving of EphedrineP57™ provides only 10mg of safe and legal Ephedrine."

Do you suggest that this is true, or all b.s. and what do you think about ephedra? do you think it is a good idea or a bad idea?

thanks

Hi,

There is nothing good about taking ephedra for diet pills. It will cause your heart to beat faster and may even cause cardiac problems. It is a stimulant and it not good for you in any dose.

Even though you cant buy this in stores, it is available through the internet from non-reputable sites.

Check out this for more info.

Take care!
