I got my hair dyed and they dyed the hairs on the back ...

I got my hair dyed and they dyed the hairs on the back of my neck a really dark color. It's usually a light brown or blonde and now it's black. It looks like I have a fade or something. Is there anyway to get the dye out without it looking weird?

Is this a permanent color or a temporary? Also, is the rest of your hair dark blonde/light brown?

Reply to Giovanna's Post: IT'S PERMANENT. THE REST IS A REALLY DARK BROWN WITH BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. THEY WENT TOO DARK AND DYED HAIRS ON MY NECK THAT ARE REALLY FAR AWAY FROM MY ACTUAL HAIRLINE.
