I believe that you will probably just need to have the system serviced and the refridgerent pressure tested, it probably just needs a recharge. This has a separate evaporator on the rear AC unit that can be charged as well as the front at the same time. Just run it by a shop that does AC service and they should be able to charge it up for you.

I see,,,,,there is only one compressor for the front and rear AC units. The reason it is blowing cold on one and not the other is because it's low on freon, i have included the price of replacing the compressor, keep in mind that these are what the dealer will charge, you may find it cheper at an independent shop.
