Question

1990 acura integra rs, 280,000 miles. occasionally when attempting to start, motor will crank away but never turn over. if i wait for 20-30 minutes and try again, car will often start right up and drive just fine all day. it does not seem to matter if the car has been running earlier in the day or not, it just will randomly develop what seems to be a fuel hiccup. new pressure regulator? thanks, -kb
