can you tell me a chemical that can be added to water, that would make the water appear to glow in the dark ? this chemical would have to be non toxic. any help would be greatly appreciated. sincerely, john

Hello,
This site goes over pigments used that are non toxic and can be added to water to make it glow bright. The pigments are created from long persistence phosphorescent pigment ( alkaline earth aluminate activated by rare earth ions).
