Answer

This system has a brake pressure switch located on the master cylinder that gets brake fluid in it and shorts it out. Unplug the connector and see if there is any brake fluid in it. The data can be obtained with a scan tool that can access body functions if you know anyone that has one. By watching the data you can see which input is either missing or wrong.

We have that pinpoint test - that is why we have replaced so many things.

Answer

Have you actually perfromed the pinpoint test?

Answer

Try checking pin 6 and 10 at the control module to see if you have ground. I have been informed by another expert that they loose the ground sometimes. Does your horn work?
