Question

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 and I was driving then a puff of steam or smoke came through my vents. Next anti freeze began to come out of the lower left side vent and the defrost vent on to the window. Is this a hose break on the heater core or is the heater core clogged. I just added coolant a day earlier at 100% mixture to the exsisting coolant. Did this caused the blow out of a hose?

Sounds like a heater core went south on you. Hoses will leak to the outside of the car.

I doubt that your coolant mixture broke the core. However, fill only with 50% water and 50% coolant as this is the most efficient mixture. Water is what actually cools the engine. Coolant keeps the water from boiling or freezing.
