I have had a red blotch on the tip of my penis , i have tried all kinds of craems,vaseline,etc. , it does not get any better and is painful to the touch. I have had it for a while now.

Answer

Perhaps you may be having a reaction to something. Because it is painful, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist or your physician. Do not continue trying different creams because they can further irritate the skin.
