Question

two years child vomitting for last six months not taking hard food child becoming week byweek concernned living on milk only not digesting light food even after three hour please please help me worried about my child take this as my plea to any doctor who do something for me thank you

Hello,

In my opinion this case needs to be investigated.

Following tests to be done.

-Haemoglobin ,TLC,DLC,ESR

Mantoux test

-X-Ray chest

-Barium meal follow through test.

This appears a case of chronic abdominal pathology like subacute intestinal obstruction.

A proper treatment can only be instituted after these tests.

thanks for your reply. we are sorry we could not get back to you due to online problems. would you please advice me the treatment for my child who runs tempreture and get very restless and vomit whatever she had eaten. if you could suggest us the tratment and specialist doctor who I could go and seek help. as I mentioned before that I am still very concerned about my child health. Just notice that you are in USA. I thought you are in UK and attached with greatormandhospital in London, that is the reason I did not accept you answer. If you think you can still help me after 2nd opinion, I accept your answer but any way you can obligue me full treatment in the internet. I will gladly accept your reply. For the time being you can give her following treatment

Domperidone drops 15drops TDS

Ofoxacin suspension 50mg/5ml 1TSF BD

Syp. paracetamol 3/4TSF SOS

She needs thorough investigations otherwise.
