please help

I am getting severe charly horse type cramps in my chest area now along with these cramps my left arm has become painful and if I allow it to hang it throbs. I am 48 years old and a heavy smoker

I would be concerned that you are having heart attack so I would go to the emergency room ASAP! Click on this site and the symtoms:
