hand crafted clown made in the Philippines!!

I am looking for a specific hand crafted clown made in the Philippines. I have the umbrella clown now looking for the clown holding balloons.They are quite pricey but quite beautiful. You hang them from the ceiling! help!!I can include a picture if you like.

At first I was thinking more along the lines of paper mache ,but plaster is a real possibility. And the more ,I think of it I am now inclined to believe plaster.It is relatively light and smooth to the touch. When I flick it with my finger it sounds hollow all over. Thanks Cheryl. I just received your response. I have seen them once myself ,but on TV. I remember someone had them hanging from the ceiling in their home. The recollection is vague. I would never have thought that it would be so difficult trying to get my hands an another.If I had not bought it from a closing out sale I would have had the name and the box that went with the clown. This would have given me the name of the company.It would have simplified things immensely! Anxiously awaiting further information you can procure for me Cheryl!! Thanks again.
