This never should have been let go on this long. This bird is extremely ill and needs to be seen by a qualified Avian vet. This is an emergency and you should not delay getting him in. Tell them you can't wait for an appointment. You need to go in today, NOW! It sounds very much like he has been exposed to some kind of toxin. There are many and there is no way I can tell you which one but the most likely causes of sudden onset symptoms like this of poisoing are non stick cookware, any kind of aerosol or other spray product, any kind of air freshener, cigarette smoke, cooking fumes, burning candles of incense, burning a fireplace that doesn't draw perfectly, pretty much every kind of over the counter cleaning product you have in your home. All of these, plus many more are literally death sentences if we expose our birds to any of them. Please don't let the little guy continue to suffer like this. Get him to a vet asap. I'm going to give you links to help locate the one that is most near to you. Please find one, get on the phone and get him in. In the meantime, keep him from getting chilled. If he is laying on the cage floor, get a shoebox or something similar, line it with paper towels and gently place him in it. Cover the top and three sides of the cage and keep him quiet and stress free. The closer to 80F you can keep him, the better. If you have any more questions, just let me know. Patricia
