I need a copy of a realestate lien so that I can file a lein against property that the home owner
owes me money. I took out a loan on my home to
loan them the money. I have only a notarized statement thet the loan would be paid off in full upon the death of the person that I loaned the money to. She died in May,there was not any money
to repay the loan. Her husband and I have both agreed to do the lien. He is 73 years old. Her children are already fighting over what is there
when all of it belongs to the deased husband. the
home is up for sale. I need to get a lien on it as soon as possible. Durham city offices are not allowed to give help or even tell me where to get
the form from. I am disabled with very low income.
I do not have the money to hire an attorney. Iwas lead to beleive that you could email me the form.
If you can not give me the form I need to know who can. Thank You Deborah Ellis
