I have tenants who are 3 months behind on Rent for a property in michigan city. I am a senior living in Atlanta, GA. The Tenants have not completed aa a a lease agreement on application. My sister abandoned the property in August while the mortgage is still in my name, I have had primarilly only verbal contact and no real verification of who the people occuping the property really are. reportedly they are Trisha Jackson family and No relation to XXXXXXX XXXXXXX the mortgage payer. Will I be able to get an eviction order by the Sheriff of LaPorte County,Indiana without traveling to Indiana?

If you hire an attorney in IN to do the work for you you will probably not need to travel to IN. But, if you plan to file for the eviction yourself, then you will need to not only follow IN eviction laws, but also make the court appearance yourself to argue the case.
