Answer

There are many things that you can do to make yourself more comfortable.

Get your feet up. Put a box or footstool under your desk to ensure your comfort and to promote good circulation.

Be sure to get up and walk around at least every hour.

Dress comfortably. Wear comfortable shoes. If your employer requires dress shoes, take in a doctor's note that states that you should wear sneakers or another comfortable shoe.

Drink plenty of water.

Watch our for carpal tunnel syndrome, which is more prevalent during pregnancy. Take necessary steps to prevent it like using a wrist rest pad while typing.

Use a pillow behind your back if it makes you more comfortable.

I used all these tips while I was pregnant and worked until the day that he was born.

Good luck!

Answer

As the baby grows in size you may notice more back problems and swelling of legs and feet.  Sitting is the worst activity that anyone can do.  Try walking and standing as much as possible. I would advise you to see a chiropractor during your pregnancy.  Believe me it is the best thing you can do for yourself and will help you to improve your back and circulation.  Good Luck to you and the baby.
