My 1999 Malibu is starting to die when I start it up. It acts like it's going "ka-chug, ka-chug" and then shakes a bit. It then starts up. Sometimes when I drive it acts like it wants to die, it slows down
and judders but kicks back in again. Help!!

The first thing to do would be to change the fuel filter, especially if it hasn't been changed in awhile. The fuel system relies on a vary specific amount of fuel to operate properly. Thats a good place to start.
