I had that same problem when I lived in a colder part of the country. I solved it by using a dehumidifier.

You can use a hair dryer and a towel to dry the ice that is on the interior of the window. Use the towel to wipe up any moisture.

Then you need to figure out what's causing the condensation and moisture on the inside of your windows. Until you do, you should stay diligent and wipe it to keep it dry to prevent it from happening again.

Ice on the inside of your windows could seriously cause a temperature fluctuation inside the home and can make it feel 10 degrees colder than it is.

I also forgot to mention that if you have single pane windows instead of insulated double pane, or if you have aluminum window frames, you will sometimes get ice build-up on the inside of your windows. This can eventually cause your windowsills to rot creating bigger problems. Like I said in my post above, I used a dehumidifier which solved the problem.
