Is there any way to charge my neighbors with harrassment, because they use the floor of the apartment to make noises contantly. My neighbors are making my home uncomfortable to live in. I first noticed that they did not have to walk so hard on the floor when my car was in the shop, and they did not know I was not home. They walked quietly, but when they heard me they began walking real hard. I don]t know what to do. When other people are around they are quiet. But when I am home alone, they really are so awful. They make the boards on the floor crack and pop, they walk hard making it sound like thunder. I am at my whits end. Can you help me.

Hello,

I would suggest that you submit a written complaint to the landlord to discuss this issue. Allow him or her a reasonable amount of time to reply.

You might also want to park your car around the corner and make an appointment for the landlord to visit to see if he hear this for himself.
