Thank you for your question and welcome to Just Answer.
I'm assuming that your question relates to the order in which to light them? And tradition?
If so, "Load from the right, light from the left" is the saying. If you had a "real" Menorah to put candles in, on the first night you would put in the far right candle and light it. On the second night you would put in the far right candle, then the one next to it. You would then light the left of those two and work your way to the right. This is repeated each night. Since you already have the candles in place, on the first night you light the right one. On the second night you light the 2nd from the right, and then the right. Third night you light third from the right, then 2nd from the right, then far right. Repeat this process.
The Menorah should be placed in a window where the most amount of people can see. Part of lighting and having the Menorah is publicizing it. If a window is not available it should be on a table on display in the office, to "publicize" it to the employees.
Before "lighting" each candle these blessings should be said in this order:
"Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us by His commandments, and has commanded us to kindle the lights of Hanukkah"
"Blessed are you, Lord our God, King of the universe, who wrought miracles for our fathers in days of old, at this season."
(This blessing on the first night only) "Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, who has kept us alive, and has preserved us, and enabled us to reach this time."
While lighting the candle this song/chant is usually recited:
We light these lights
For the miracles and the wonders,
For the redemption and the battles
That you made for our forefathers
In those days at this season,
Through your holy priests.
During all eight days of Chanukah
These lights are sacred
And we are not permitted to make
Ordinary use of them,
But only to look at them;
In order to express thanks
And praise to Your great Name
For your miracles, Your wonders
And your salvations.
After the lighting, this is traditionally sung:
Rock of ages, let our song
Praise Your saving power;
You, amid the raging foes,
Were our sheltering tower.
Furious they assailed us,
But Your arm availed us,
And Your word,
Broke their sword,
When our own strength failed us.
Traditionally the Menorah is done at night, but at the end of the day would be fine for work.
Now then, this probably seems like a lot more work than you had envisioned! I'm sure you could eliminate the song/chant during the lighting without offending anyone, or perhaps doing it on just the last night. It would probably depend on the participation level of your office, etc.
I hope this helps! If so, please don't forget to "Accept" my answer! Let me know if you have any questions.

Ryan
