Question

My 13 year old Collie/Chow mix has several small wart looking things on his body. Under his tail, he has lost alot of hair/fur, the area is really raised and bumpy. It does bleed at times, too. There are several extremly large "things" that look like huge bilsters. He seems to have no discomfort in that area, although at times he will drag his behind on the grass or carpeting as if he is itchy. I have been using Sulfadane on it as it kinda looks like a hot spot. I have very limited income at this time, and am not sure if I can find a vet who will take payments. Any suggestions as to what is wrong with Baron?
