Hello!
This is an extremely complicated interior lighting system; there are 16 pages of power schematics for the interior illumination alone.
The dome lamp does not have an individual fuse; it receives power from the body control module. If the other interior accessories (other lighting, door locks, windows, etc... are all functional whatever problem youa re experiencingis not likely to be due to a a fuse.
A scan tool capable of communicating with the body control systems on the vehicle is required to diagnose interior lighting concerns on this model.

The first step is to connect the scan tool to see if there are any stored BCM fault codes; you can also monitor the BCM to see if the lights are being commanded on...
By the way; this is a fairly new vehicle; are you sure it is not under factory warranty yet?
