Everytime I reheat turkey it is dry..........

Hello,

You can place sliced turkey in a microwave dish with a bit of water. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and cook for one minute to two minutes.


You can also heat your gravy and place sliced tukey into it until warm.

Some people place it in a strainer or colander over a pot of boiling water.

You can place it is a baking pan with some water, covered with aluminum foil and heat for 10 minutes.

If you place the whole tukey in tot he oven, it will come dry.

Next time you cook a turkey, use a Reynold's Cooking bag and have a one of of the juiciest turkeys ever.
