Answer

It rather depends what it is plugged up with?

If as normaly is the case its excess amounts of paper then its quite easy, usually.

Get a wire coat hanger, straighten it out, and using a pair of pliers bend the last inch back on its self so that it has a safe rounded end. Now wrap a small amount of cloth around this to again make it safe and not have any sharp bits sticking out.

Now wear rubber gloves!

Carefully feed this end around the bend of the toilet and wriggle it about untill you start to get stuff float back into the pan. Get a large pan and raise the water level a little above its normal ( only if it isnt already though).

when the water level starts to drop you are getting through the blockage, once it is at the normal height in the pan, flush the toilet. repeate this process untill the blockage is completely cleared.

I hope this helps, please accept if it did :-)
