Question

i am having severe ringing in my head and the noises and ringing acually sting in my brain. when i talk ihurt and it is actually making me grab my ears. and oh my brain or my head oh my it stings so bad . i have permanent ringing already. but this is making it impossible. when i turn my head and some times it will acitivate it. the longer i am awake the more active it becomes. if i don't move in the morning it won't start till i get . i was on effexor xr. for 8 months. and have stopped taking it weaned off. like now i feel like electric shocks that go ping ping when it feels like it . mostly when i talk or turn my head around . i am blinking alot too. please do i have maybe something serious going on . i was also an abused woman who got banged in the brain quite a few times.
