how do i get downey fabric softner out of clothes that have been dried in the dryer?

Answer

Dampen the area with water and gently rub with bar soap Like IVORY(do not use a deodorant-type soap). Or, rub the area with liquid laundry detergent or Shout Liquid Laundry Stain Remover. Rinse thoroughly. Blot the excess liquid and launder as soon as possible.

the only other thing I can think of is this all purpose cleaner called AWESOME . It only cost a dollar at Family Dollar or the dollar store. It gets alot of stains out.
