I have just accidently shrunk my very expensive poncho. It was washed on a 40 degree wash. Any tips orhelp advice on how to retrieve the size? Please

Unfortunately there is no way to retrieve the size of the article after shrinking. Perhaps you could create an alternative with the existing fabric or find similar fabric and use the article as a an idea base and construct a new one.
