I sure do know how to make bread pudding. The following recipe will make a large amount you can 1/2 it or 1/4 it with no bad effects.
My favorite bread pudding.
24 slices whole-wheat bread4 cups non fat milk 8 egg whites 4 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp butter2 tbsp vanilla 4 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 cup raisins Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a 4 quart casserole blend the milk, egg whites, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Add bread pulled in 1/2" sizes and raisins. Bake 35 minutes or until well browned.
