I have never heard that expression before, but doing a search on the web I find that it can have both negative and positive meanings. Having 3 kids does not make one be any less satisfying sexually. If I were you I would consider it to be a compliment. If he mentions it again then ask him. His definition may be different from mine. Click here for a definition I found on the web.
