Answer

Many doctors recommend triple antibiotic ointment on a bandaid and put it on the area. The bra line can interfere with healing, so don't wear a bra when you can get away with it and use the band-aid and ointment. You can also wear the band-aid and ointment while wearing a bra too, since the band-aid will protect the area from further chafing.
