I HAVE A 3YR OLD WHO KEEPS TELLING ME HER BUTT HURTS. WHEN I LOOK AT IT, IT APPEARS FINE. SHE HAS BOWEL MOVEMENTS EVERYDAY WHICH SEEM NORMAL. IT HAS GOT TO THE POINT THAT SHE SAT ON THE COUCH LAST NIGHT AND TOLD ME SHE WANTED TO PLAY BUT HER BUTT HURT.

Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,

It is a very good possibility that during a bowel movement her BM was kind of hard and it made a little cut inside the rectum. Probably there is no way to see it. You could put a little bit of diaper rash cream or A and D ointment right inside the opening of the rectum and see if this helps.
