Question

My 13 yr. British shorthair whom has been an overall indoor cat, has now refused to come inside since we have moved to our new apartment. I am in seattle and the weather is getting cool. I have brought her inside but as soon as I close the door she lets off her distinctive and serious meow. She has also been split apart from her 3 yr friend. Is there anything or way to ease or sedate her so that she can be introduced into indoor life again. Will she calm down after being captive for a few days? Please help!
